Welcome to The
Edinburgh Yoga Club, established in September 1970 to teach
Hatha Yoga.
Hatha yoga seeks
to promote health and well-being through physical exercise.
The regular practice of asanas, breathing exercises and
relaxation techniques keeps the body supple and healthy.
It has a profound effect on the circulation and on the
functioning of the inner organs, glands and nerves. Many
common ailments can be improved through the regular practice
of yoga, and it is never too late in life to take it up.
All classes are
held weekdays at Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh and the
2008 - 2009 year commences on Monday 8th September 2008.
New students welcome at any time.
