Welcome to Edinburgh Yoga Club

The Edinburgh Yoga Club was established in September 1970 to teach Hatha Yoga.

Hatha yoga seeks to promote health and well-being through physical exercise. The regular practice of asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques keeps the body supple and healthy. It has a profound effect on the circulation and on the functioning of the inner organs, glands and nerves. Many common ailments can be improved through the regular practice of yoga, and it is never too late in life to take it up.

Edinburgh Yoga Classes

Our new term starts on Monday 11th September 2017

New students welcome at any time. All classes are held weekdays at St Margaret's House, 151 London Road, Edinburgh, EH7 6AE. Click here for more details and application form.

Daytime classes are held in G25 on the ground floor and evening classes are held in The Drawing Room on the 3rd floor (turn right out of lift and we are straight ahead and on the right).
