Welcome to Edinburgh Yoga Club

The Edinburgh Yoga Club was established in September 1970 to teach Hatha Yoga.

Hatha yoga seeks to promote health and well-being through physical exercise. The regular practice of asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques keeps the body supple and healthy. It has a profound effect on the circulation and on the functioning of the inner organs, glands and nerves.

Many common ailments can be improved through the regular practice of yoga, and it is never too late in life to take it up.

Edinburgh Yoga Classes

Our new year starts on Monday 9th September 2021

New students welcome at any time. Daytime classes are held weekdays in Room G25 (Ground floor) at St Margaret’s House, 151 London Road, Edinburgh, EH7 6AE whilst evening classes are currently being held online. Click here for more details and application form.

Class fees are £65 for a term of 8 weeks and classes last for one and a quarter hours. For two classes per week the fee is £105. Fees are payable in advance and non refundable. By arrangement, missed classes may be made up within the current term.

Fee payment can be made by cheque, cash or online – please ask for the details.
